The simplicity of Life’s true purpose….

I once thought my life’s purpose was to create my personal reality through my struggle and effort. That proved a frustration and at times hopeless. Now I find the greater power lies in being able to describe it as it simply occurs. My description effortlessly creates my reality.

Life is hard. Make it Good.

  • Work hard at what you love. Luck will find you.
  • Be positive. There will always be people who are worse off than you. Positive people attract other positive people.
  • Take care of the gifts you were born with, your Body and your Mind.
  • Work to Love and Be Loved.

    A sense of coherence

People will survive most any stress if they have a sense of coherence: (1) feeling that you know what’s going on (comprehensibility), (2) that you can handle things (manageability), and (3), that it’s worth the effort (meaning and purpose).

A sense of meaning and purpose is the most important factor in surviving stress.

    Time and changes

They say that time changes things but you actually have to change them yourself. Andy Warhol said that and the longer I live the more it rings true.

    The Lottery

We play the lottery every day, whether you buy a ticket or not. Some times the most glorious fortune can befall us, at other times, great tragedy. You never know. Know what I’m sayin?
